- Description: For use as an aid in cleansing the essentially normal uterus after calving in dairy cattle. Used in organic programs, verify with certifier.
- Directions: Apply intrauterine 2 to 4 fluid ounces (60 to 120 cc). For best results massage uterus for several minutes before application. It is very important that sterile pipettes are used if infusing a uterus. Vulva must be cleaned well to reduce chance of infection. Care must be taken not to damage the cervix or uterus or poke the pipette through the uterine wall. Consult your veterinarian for instruction on proper procedure. This process may be repeated as often as desired.
